"Traverse the City" - A Scavenger Hunt of Historic Proportions
Last fall we hosted an awesome Scavenger Hunt event in downtown Traverse City in which hundreds of families scoured the streets for clues about the town’s historic origins!
It was a cool but dry day, and from the feedback we received people really enjoyed their time exploring downtown. Thanks especially to Gary and Allison Jonas who (characteristically and graciously) opened the doors to The Little Fleet as a staging point for those beginning the hunt, and after-party spot for those finishing it. Kids of all ages enjoyed the craft table and free hot apple cider, and the special “Life and Whim-skey” cocktail was a delicious treat for the adults! We appreciate all the support.
For those who couldn’t make it out to do the scavenger hunt, but still want to “Traverse the City,” we’ve made the clues available for download.
